PARTIAL EVENT PLANNING: Flexible Service Plan

Maybe you have a venue and caterer but need a hand with the rest.  Perhaps there is a unique element of your event that requires professional help.  Together we agree upon the level of planning assistance needed or a specific area for which you require assistance. This flexible plan is extremely popular amongst our busy clientele or clients who have fallen behind in their planning process.

DAY OF COORDINATION:

Services begin approximately 1-2 months before the special day. You have already planned it all but want to be free to enjoy your event.  We will work with your vendors and venues, finalizing time-line, confirming payments, overseeing set-up, and ensuring that all of the logistical aspects of the event are coordinated and organized to produce a seamless event, while you enjoy the party.

SINGLE CONSULTING SESSIONS: Hourly A La Carte Services

You may not feel the need for full service planning, but want some help in coming up with ideas, finding out new party trends or simply wanting to know what color table linen go with your space.  Perhaps your large party needs help with flow, invitation wording or a seating plan.  We offer consulting on an hourly basis helping you take the reigns in the areas where you need professional guidance.
